Impounded Vehicle Recovery – Excluding the mileage and Ulez / Toll Charge
- Vehicle Recovery – £320.00, plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile round trip from the point of assistance.
- Van Recovery – £350.00, plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile round trip from the point of assistance.
- Small Motorbike – £280.00 and plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile round trip from the pickup point
- Accident / Damaged wheel / No Key / PG9 / Locked in Park -from £450.00 plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile round trip from the point of assistance.
- Loaded and unloaded 3.5T – 7T Van – from £650.00 plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile round trip from the point of assistance.
- 7.5T Loaded or Loaded Truck – from £1650.00 plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile round trip from the point of assistance.
- Accident / Wheel detached Recovery – from £650.00.
If the customer is not on site or not paying the Police Pound Released fee, an administration charge of £95.00 will be applied.
Once our driver has attended the police pound on behalf of a client, a non-refundable £280.00 charge is payable whether a vehicle is released. The remaining balance will be refunded minus any charges incurred (admin fee, Driver call-out payment, mileage, waiting time, ulez, congestion charge/toll, etc.).
